I love how they salt the roads very well every year. It's very quiet, but still have friendly neighbors. Not a far drive to town, tucked away but not in the middle of nowhere.

The privacy is very nice. The location is convenient to jump onto major highways for commuting to job locations. I would like to see better road conditions during the winter. The location is very nice to see different wildlife and still be close enough to drive to stores. I would like to see an improved nightlife scene.
too many PA Dutch, honestyle cooking type restaurants and not enough unique or ethnic restaurants
