I'm concerned about the status of the Indianapolis Public School system, due to the limited funding and very low graduation late. The haves' still have, however, and Hamilton County still continues to build. It isn't doing much to help lower classes.

Green spaces are being overrun by construction and an attempt to fill all grassed areas with concrete. This part of the state lacks worthwhile landscapes, but there are local parks that are near wooded areas.
There is a tendency for a lot of people in this area to abuse alcohol and prescription drugs. There are several hospitals in the Indianapolis area to access, however. This area is heavily focused on image, so there is plenty of exercise.
