Wayne Township Reviews
Rating 4.33 out of 5 3 reviews
Most of the families I have known haven't left. They may have moved, but are usually still close by. There are plenty of community sponsored events and activities, and everyone is friendly with one another. Restaurant and grocery store employees remember you, and are willing to have conversations if time permits. It's great!
The quality of houses range across different neighborhoods. Houses can range from elegant to standard in quality. There are not many, if any, vacant properties. The cost of living is high, nevertheless. Private communities like Far Hills are clearly the best area to reside, although they a much pricier than the houses in downtown Bartlett.
As far as I have witnessed, there is no problem in Bartlett. Neighboring towns have problems, but Bartlett is mainly middle to upper class, so there is little to no crime except for the occasional burglary.
