Wayne Reviews

I grew up in Wayne since 2001 up until my senor year of high school. I always loved the homey feeling the neighborhood brought. There was a little corner store candy shop me and my sister walked to on the weekends, the elementary school park we played on after school, and the amazing people it is filled with. Every weekend our close neighbors would come over for a barbeque and bonfire, there were endless laughs and incredible bonds that were built. We always felt comfortable living near a local police station who checked up on us now and again. My parents picked this town, not because it was close to an elementary school or liked the appeal of a small little town, but because they knew it would be the perfect place to raise their two daughters.

I have lived in Wayne my whole life and I love it but because the town is so small theres nothing really in it besides houses and barns so you always have to go to Bartlett, St. Charles, or West Chicago for food and shopping. Also, I live 5 minutes from Bartlett High School and 20 minutes from South Elgin high school, where I go, because of the boundaries.
