Wayland has been a great place to live! It is a tight knit community, with friendly neighbors, that are always willing to lend a hand. The community is always putting on events for everyone to enjoy. And the downtown district has slowly been growing, and becoming a great place to enjoy on any day of the week!

It is a well-kept, diverse community with very outgoing public servants and close-knit neighbors. It is unlikely that you will go into any establishment in Wayland without seeing at least one friendly face. There is a nightly curfew for minors to ensure their safety, as well as multiply community events during the day throughout the year. Examples include Main Street Celebration, Art Hop, weekly farmers markets, Kiwanis Day, family friendly Park Parties, and movie showings at the Henika District Library.
Wayland is a very cute small town, but there are definitely some issues. The school system is great, but there are some issues dealing with inclusion. However, most teachers are very understanding and educated in their fields.
