My overall experience in Waukesha has been great. I was born and raised in Waukesha. During the warmer seasons, I love going to the local farmers market, downtown, and Friday Night Live. Friday Night Live is during the summer, during this event, locals come to downtown Waukesha and play music. During the winter I enjoy spending time with my friends and family making cookies, watching movies, going snowboarding, sledding, etc. Overall, Waukesha has been an amazing place to be raised, the culture is warm and welcoming.

Not really the best at following policies and procedures at certain schools and aren't very helpful for special needs children at specific school's. Not exactly helpful to struggling single parent, low income and needy families with disabilities, especially financially!
Waukesha is my birth City. Born and raised and I love this city. It's close enough for a night out on the town in a big city like Milwaukee and still close enough to drive out to go camping. It's sort of a sweet spot for cities. Waukesha keeps growing with more stores popping up and the downtown area is beautiful. The schools are amazing (STEM school system) and charter schools (Waukesha Academy of Health Proessions etc). Waukesha is not too big and not too small. There are constantly different events happening in Waukesha to keep involved in the city!
