Watonga is a very small community. It's the kind of place where you know everyone and everyone knows you. It can be nice. However, Watonga as with other small towns, has issues with growth. The Main Street looks exactly the same as it did in the 70s. It's getting better, though. A new high school was just built and there are some new businesses in town. Overall it's a pretty charming (but boring) southern small town.

Small town environment. Really feel at home
The Chamber of Commerce does not want retail stores to populate the community, because they do not want the small businesses to lose customers. There is absolutely nothing here and most people go out of town to shop anyways.
