Waterloo Town Reviews
Wisconsin is a vey underrated place to visit. Most people are surprised by how much there is to do here. Honestly, I think it is one of the most beautiful states in the Midwest.
Waterloo itself does not have bus/train/air service however, it is close enough to towns that do have it, making it a non-issue.
Spring, summer, and fall are all wonderful in Wisconsin. Usually not too hot, and there's always a decent breeze. Winters can get ugly but you can get used to it.
Not many options. A pizza place just opened in town and so far its been fantastic. Otherwise, there's a few decent diners as well.
There are not a ton of jobs open immediately in the Waterloo area. However, being that Waterloo is only a 20 minute commute to Madison/Sun Prairie, there are plenty of jobs within a reasonable distance.
Waterloo, is a pretty small town. Most of the local businesses are not part of national chains which is always a good thing in my opinion. They get the job done and often give back to their community by donations to the local schools/churches.
