There are great beaches just a short drive or a bike ride away. Friendly neighbors. Lots of lakes and ponds. There is lots of farmland and numerous farm stands providing fresh veggies during the summer and fall months. The real estate market is out of control and houses are ridiculously expensive.

In the summer, it could get really hot but the air can be cool sometimes and humid too. In the fall, it gets quite cold because of the cold air. In the winter, it gets really cold because of the low temperature and the cold air. In the spring, it would get cold at night and in the morning but fairly warm in the afternoon
In the summer, you could get a jobd easily because people from everywhere visits Southampton and this makes help really needed in the summer but in the winter there isn't much to work on except plowing or shoveling snow.
