The town where I live is adequate and provides everything that I need, but not always everything that I want. I love the desert and wide open, wild places that Indiana doesn't really have. I do like the few parks we have but I would definitely enjoy some places more. However, this town has provided for my education and outlet opportunities more than adequately and I would definitely prioritize these aspects of my young life. This area will never have a natural beauty like western states but its educational and infrastructural plans will carry it far.

Avon, Indiana is no different than any other white suburban town just outside a larger city. The majority of people are white but there is some diversity. A sense of community doesn't seem that strong until something bad happens. It is a fairly safe area to live; break-ins, shootings, and generally bad things don't usually happen here.
Indiana is an amazing place to live all around. My city, Avon, is amazing but you can find any town in Indiana to be amazing. Indiana has a great environment in all and places to visit all around and is within close proximity to a lot of great places if you want to get out of town for a bit. The people are polite and nice in most areas as well which is really good. Indiana is my favorite place to be and I'd recommend this place to anyone. I think this state will only get better with time.
