Washington, NH is a great place to live or visit for someone that wants to get away from the city and experience the outdoors. There are beautiful lakes and ponds with lots of hiking to do for any level. More often than not you will find many animals once you start adventuring off the paved road. Moose and black bears are a common sight in this town. A great place for someone that wants to get away from it all.
Washington is a small town in the "middle of nowhere". It's natural beauty is surrounded by lakes, hiking trails, and woodlands. I would live here for the rest of my life if I could. I would love to see the town get a middle and high school, as right now it only has an elementary school. It would also be great if it could become more dependent on renewable energy and create a local economy.
