Alot of adults work at McDonalds or Tops Markets because of a lack of opportunity or continued education. There is a hospital ,which is very low quality, but obviously a lot of people are employed there. Also, there are two mental health clinics, and two substance abuse clinics, as well as the Department of Social Services, but none of them usually have job openings posted. Warsaw currently has two restaurants that are not a fast food chain, so there are few openings there. In the paper, the employment section is usually thin and jobs posted require previous training.

It is a decent place to live. But it does have a lot of substance abuse problems. But the area does have a good public library. And it has a decent school district to go to.
Great small town to raise a family in, not much to do but a decent place to live and work. There is not much of a young crowd as many of the people here are parents and older folks.
