Being a native of Warren County, I find that it is a very good county to live in. The county is very conservative and quiet to the point where everybody knows some one in your family. The first thing I would change within the county would be the removal of antique stores. Secondly, I would bring in a factory so taxes and light bills would not be so high. Last I would I would create a place for the children to go for tutoring and any needs that they may have and try to accompanied them with those needs.
Warrenton or Warren County is a quite town. Great for families as well as the elderly. A lot can be done I feel if people would just want more out of the town. I feel as though they are content with the small things that we have here now. There are endless possibilities with this Town but the people would have to come together and agree on things.
The crime rate in this area fluctuates from time to time. It is safer in the day time than it is at night. I would not walk up and down the road at night. The police have roadblocks every couple of months when they are searching for drugs.
