Warrensville Heights is close to shops, malls, and grocery stores. The area has gone down a bit in regards to crime, and the number of stores that use to be directly in the area. Although shopping is not far, there are not any malls directly in Warrensville Heights. There is also major hospitals within the area. Many of the residents in Warrensville Heights have been there for generations. Overall, it is not a bad place to live, but I do not consider it a suburb. I think it is more along the lines of a city.

The tax rate is 2.6% that's higher than all the surrounding wealthy suburbs but yet Warrensville uses other cities resources. There's lots of nepotism within the schools and city government which makes progress slow. The only thing about Warrensville that is good is that it's close to 1-480 and I-271 otherwise it's a terrible place to raise a family and a lack luster place to live as a single..
I like the way the mayor and the city council takes care of the city. I also like how most of the areas in the city are kept clean and neat. The city also has different community events for all ages. The city keeps its residents informed about the different events going on in the city by sending out text alerts, email alerts and a quarterly news brochure.
