Located 90 minutes outside of Manhattan, Wallingford offers something for everyone. It is family friendly, safe, and boasts a strong and healthy economy. The town is home to the esteemed Choate Rosemary Hall as well as a well-structured public school system and a variety of other private schools. We moved here from the city back in March 2020 and have loved it ever since! Picturesque with great access to all of CT and the remaining tri-state area.
After living in Wallingford for my entire life, I have grown an immense amount of appreciation for not only the people, but the town itself. It is such a close-knit community, and everyone knows each other. Something that I love specifically is the activities the town offers around the holidays, and how enjoyable these experiences are. It makes you bond with people that you may have never spoken to before. Overall, Wallingford is one of a kind and holds a lot of diversity as well as relationships.
Wallingford is my hometown with a great amount of diversity and town life. I couldn't have asked my parents to bring me up in any other town but here. I grew into a great person due to the amazing scene and life here. Most likely i will bring up my own kids in this town because of how much I enjoyed my childhood. Other than that this town has many places for entertainment, along with great scenery I couldn't ask for more. Overall this town was the best thing that ever happend to me leaving a beautiful permanent scar of growth that I cherish.
