Wales Reviews
Rating 4.67 out of 5 3 reviews
Wales is a town of approximately 2000 households. As a parent, I appreciate the smallness and the location is in between Worcester and Springfield, making it easily accessible to major city amenities within short driving distance. Some kids find it a bit boring sometimes, but we are a nature oriented family, so we find plenty to do hiking and biking along the trails. There is a great deal of state owned land and land maintained by the Army Corps of Engineers. Also, there is a lake in town that has a public beach available to everyone not living on the lake. I’m not looking to move any time soon.
Beautiful town! It has a small country town feel. Very quiet neighborhood. Has a few great trails to hike. One downfall of Wales is that it has no stores besides a liquor store.
Wales is a tiny town with a great elementary school and low crime rate. Good place to have kids but few opportunities for employment or entrepreneurship.
