The general atmosphere depends on what section of town you are. The Northeast section is more affluent than the southwest. Currently, most growth is in the northeast section of town. There is plenty do do for entertainment: museums, theaters, comedy clubs, zoos, shopping.
There are many housing developments going up which are more costly. There are cheap homes, they are just need updating.
The local businesses in this area are very unique in their own way. Restaurants have their own recipes and ways to make food, it's so delicious.
