It's great for country living, but don't expect a great social scene. A lot of young adults are turning out to try to be thugs. The school could be better, including the education and the teacher's attention to their student's personal needs...as far as the elementary school goes. It's a small town, so if you didn't grow up there, you can expect everyone to know your business in a matter of weeks. The jobs are typical to a small town..grocery stores, gas stations, etc. There is literally like two stop lights in town, and two caution lights maybe.

It’s a small town with kind people, but you have to drive 30 minutes to go get food from somewhere and to get groceries.
Vincent Alabama is a great family oriented community with an awesome park with baseball fields, football field, play ground , pavilion and a walking track. Everyone is friendly !
