Villa Hills Reviews
Rating 4.16 out of 5 19 reviews
I have lived in Villa Hills my whole life. Personally, I never really minded Villa Hills until more recently. Neighbor's are extremely nosey, very cocky and only care about their social status. However, I give it a three because it is a very upper-class area and very safe with police from the Villa Hills Police Department as well as the Crescent Springs Department driving around making sure things are going as they should.
Villa Hills is a quiet suburb south by I-71/75 from Cincinnati. It is a very friendly town, abundant with young families. The average age of the population, however, is relatively high. The elderly are what make for such a calm neighborhood. The area has a high median income, with most commuting into Cincinnati or telecommuting. Well-maintained parks and roads highlight the prosperous nature of the community as well as dramatically increase its overall happiness.
I like the tight knit feel to the city and the safety of the neighborhoods. However, it is expensive and not extremely diverse. It is up and coming with new restaurants coming in. It is very easy to get around the town. The elementary school, River Ridge, is a very good place to go. You see many people walking and exercising outside and there is a public park that is well kept.
