I was born and raised in Victorville, and I have always considered it to be nothing but a dirt-town, with the occassional gym and del-taco here and there. However, having been away from Victorville for a few months since moving away to college, there are things I have come to notice that make Victorville a pretty great place. First, we have the best sunsets ever, no questions about it. Also, everyone knows everyone around here, which may seem to be a downfall at first, but you will eventually come to see that it makes Victorville feel more like a tight-knit community. Lastly, we have an excellent choice of food places located at where the locals call "restaurant row." So I guess you can say that, at first glance, Victorville seems to be a really boring place, and maybe it is compared to some other places, but there are some definite highlights about it; and one thing is for sure, after a while of being here, it sure will start to feel like home.

I heard of the city for the first time. A close friend had moved his family from Whittier, California to Victorville. He wanted his children to have a better life growing up. The community was small, quaint and his children would have more safer opportunities going to school. I came to live here in Victorville, going on 5 years, I enjoy the beautiful parks, quiet neighborhoods and the quiet neighborhoods. The people on various blocks, seem to watch out for each other and our homes. It seems like society has forgotten how to be friendly. If you want a nice, quiet friendly town, our family can grow and feel safe, I would say Victorville is the perfect big little city without the crime and congestion.
I like pricing of the homes in Victorville, you can get a very nice spacious home for half of what it would cost you down the hill. Most of the neighborhoods are nice, clean, and quiet. Great atmosphere. What I would loke to see is more entertainment come to this area, so that we don’t have to always go down the hill to have fun!
