This area is fairly good but is especially great with schooling, with students attending Stevenson high school which offers a great education.

Great family community . Schools are top rate, easy commute to city and good hang-out spots on top of it all. Shopping is close and varied.
Sometimes crimes like robberies occur, but they are sparse.
