Everyone is very neighborly, friendly and look out of each other. The subdivision I live in, is every bit of paradise, every yard is well manicured with beautiful flowers, trees, scrubs , rocks, and etc. The children are very well mannered and polite. I if I had to do it all over again, I would chose the same area, ranking this at the top of the list to live and raise a family. Looking into the future I see more people locating to this area to raise their family.

The areais safe, but you never let your guard down. Cause anything can happen anywhere, good or bad neighborhood.
There are many upcoming and renovated restaurants in this area! There is always some bar and grill that is opening up and many family owned restaurants. The local gas stations and convince stores are easy to find and very plentiful.
