    Don't rent from Addison Community Trust/Smallest City HSG in Vergennes, This rental company constantly violates Vermont tenant-landlord laws as well as federal laws by constantly Retaliating against, Discriminating, Harassing, Violating tenant safety by ordering tenant to remove door chain locks by written threats and intimidation. Intimidating and Threatening tenants with lease violations and/or eviction when tenants bring up any issues they may have with this company to the people in charge of tenant relations and when the company is informed of the Vermont tenant-landlord laws they are violating and their illegal actions violating tenant rights. This company refuses to work with tenants on maintenance issues, Refuses any attempt at any reasonable tenant and/or landlord conflict resolution, Tenants have reported the maintenance staff stealing tenants personal property, vandalism to tenants vehicles and retaliating against the tenants after incident was reported.

    Small Vermont town with excellent food options, a few cafes, and small boutiques. Healthy living is a central aspect to the town with annual road races, bike clinics and weekly farmers markets. There are good breweries nearby. It is a small town so it is easy to get bored, especially in the winter. People are very friendly and usually know one another.
    Vergennes is a little city with a big heart. It has a small, tightly knit, community of hard working and kind people. It has local restaurant businesses, stores, and much more than you might think.
