Venetian Village Reviews
Generally a great area. A lot of community activities and a great--and totally optional-- homeowner's association. Residents range from new families and couples, seniors and retirees, to young college students. There are a few resident-only beaches in the neighborhood that allow for swimming and fishing when the weather and water permits it.
I have lived in Venetian Village for 18 years. When we first moved in the community was really clean, and people took pride in their property. The neighborhood has really gone down. There's a lot of drugs and crappy people here now. I really cannot afford to move, but I wish that I could.
Hot summers, frigid winters. Not the best weather possible, but is characteristic of the Midwest USA.
