I would chose to live in Valley View again if I had to. I love it here! I graduated from Cuyahoga Heights with 78 other peers. Most of us have been in the same school district from the time we were 6, so we all know each other really well, making the community closely knit. A lot of our parents went to school together too. We have The Cuyahoga River and Towpath along our main road, Canal Road. "Downtown" Valley View has a movie theater, Cinemark, and a few restaurants. We are also located about 20 minutes away from Cleveland, which makes most of us huge Cavs, Browns and Indians fans! Needless to say, we all make it to at least one season game. Valley View is absolutely beautiful, and I wouldn't want to call any other place home.

I would absolutely chose to live in my current home location again if I had the choice. It is a beautiful community that is very well kept, members greatly get along, and there is much involvement with the recreational services offered. The overall ranking of this area would be above most, and I believe this because it is far from chaotic, it is quiet, and we have the opportunity to embrace our outdoor living space without continuous noise and ruckus. I see the demand for living in this area to increase in value, and I only see a this community going into a more positive direction.
People in this community tend to group up here, and then stay here for the remainder of their lives. I have come across so many who have enjoyed their time here and would not prefer to live in any other community. The community is absolutely pet friendly, family friendly, and many are involved with recreational events. Opportunities are presented quite often here and its been a pleasure growing up in a such a nice, friendly, and close community.
