The expenses of very small apartments is outrageous. The amount of very nice homes abandon is very high. Three are within walking distance. The electric is very expensive there, water and sewage is affordable.

There are very few options for public transportation in my town. The largest and closet city is nearly ten miles, there is no public transportation set up currently for that. In the main city we have a small area transit bus. And yea only one. There no few sidewalks, no trams or subways.
The economy here is booming due to the pipeline. WE have had a increase in hotels in the nearest town, opening many new jobs for people. There are many nursing homes and home health agencies to work for as a nurse. For people with no GED or education there are not many jobs.
