Valley Center is one of the most beautiful areas of North San Diego County with large horse properties and many with gorgeous views. You can get so much more for your money. The down side is the cost of water. Some residents have water bills $1000 plus per month , even if they are not watering a grove and the cost will continue to rise with new water restrictions in California. If you have a well, that will alleviate the problem. Also, it will take 25 minutes to drive to the freeway.

peaceful no city lights! if you like your peace and quiet Valley Center is the place for you. I attended Valley Center schools from k-12 and I really enjoyed it. If you are looking for a relax place to hang out you don't have to go out of town you have Valley View Casino or Harrahs casino.
Valley Center is a lovely country town that is growing every day. Small town, country living with modern amenities. Great neighborhoods and community minded neighbors.
