Upper St. Clair is a thriving community in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. Because of high property taxes, the public schools are great. However, there is very little economic diversity (, likely as a result of the taxes. Close enough to commute into the city, but far enough away to feel safe and family friendly, this community is great for families looking to raise their children in a positive environment.
Review Upper St. Clair
Very nice community, but overwhelmingly conservative, if that poses a problem for some. At rich levels or in richer areas, can turn into bigotry.
I love the people and the atmosphere that it gives. It's such a positive and welcoming environment, I'm so happy to live here.
