Upper Mount Bethel Township Reviews
We really enjoy that we are both near towns and cities like Stroudsburg, but removed enough that we have a large parcel of land. In general, people are friendly, but there is definitely a small town hierarchy present. If you haven't been here for years, you have little say. Really grateful, however, that our new township supervisor is working to change that and protect our township from the toxins that are trying to be brought in.
I enjoy the quiet, peaceful lifestyle that is offered in Mount Bethel. Mount Bethel is a rural setting with a lot of land filled with farms and livestock. There is also land for hunting and fishing, which are a few of my favorite hobbies. It is conveniently located to route 80 as well as the Delaware Water Gap National Park.
Mount Bethel is a Decent place to live. Its great for people who like being in tune with nature. Very Close to the Delaware Water Gap with tons of fun outdoor activities.
