Space, Space and more Space. Our police and fire department is the best, they keep us notified if anything is wrong. Very approachable. We are along the beautiful Delaware river. Washington Crossing is full of history, we have a reenactment of George Washingtons crossing with the original boat. Fantastic school district.

Beautiful area - pricey but great schools, gorgeous homes, good access to Newtown, New Hope and Yardley boroughs
There is more of a sense of “community” among parents who have young children opposed to anyone else. After people’s kids grow up, they tend to recluse. However, the LGBTQ+ community is very close in this area. People tend to live in this area for a very long time. The community is very friendly towards pets and families, there is almost no individuals just living here.
