University Park Reviews

Many close friends grew up in this community, and their parents still live here. I currently reside in this neighborhood & recommend it to everyone. It's truly beautiful, the neighbors are friendly & caring and there is a real sense of community. There are many events each year that bring everyone together, the UPCA is very active which makes it a great place for raising a family. The town is also in the perfect location, very close to University of Maryland, the new Riverdale Park including Whole Foods, Hyattsville Arts District and the Mall at Prince George's. There is also a free shuttle for residents to the metro, which makes this even better for commuting to DC for work.

It is a quiet and clean neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly. A lot of neighbors have cats and dogs. The playgrounds are really nice.
The neighborhood I live in is one of the best on in the PG county. The community is clean, and nice. It's very peaceful when I walk or run in the neighborhood. I feel safer. Everythingh is very near from this area, such as, metro, mall, movie theater, etc. Also, the people are friendly, and nice. If I could do it all over again, I would totally live here. In thie future, I can see a lot of good things for this area.
