University Park Reviews
The people here are friendly and diverse. There are usually kids playing in their yards during the day and the adults contribute to the community garden. The nights are very noisy because other college students are throwing parties next door or down the street. I would not live here again, Instead I would move back to our house in Rio Rancho where the neighborhood is quieter. I believe this area will be getting busier in the future, and a little more dangerous.
There are 2 popular coffee shops in the area, Milagro's and Starbucks. There are other dessert/drink shops such as Keva juice, Sweet Cece's, and Sonic. There are different types of restraints here like Lemongrass, Lorenzo's, Dairy Queen, McDonalds and Taos.
The people who live in this area are primarily students, so around 2-4 years. There are many pets in the neighborhood, mostly cats. The college campus hosts a few monthly activities for kids. There are also monthly college gatherings or barbecues.
