Convenience to major roads. We live next to rt 78 which is a great resource to travel pretty much anywhere. I would like to see lower taxes. Since moving here in 2000, my taxes have more than doubled. The schools need improvement. There is too much fighting going on and my daughter who is in 8th grade dislikes going to school every day. This is a major challenge for us. There are many restaurants and shopping centers which are very convenient. We live close enough to the supermarket, restaurants we enjoy, schools, thrift stores, pizzerias=all convenient especially when personal time is so crucial.

I've lived in Union for about 8 years now. I've attended both middle and high school and I've moved around the town three times so I've been around Union and it is truly a great town. Neighbors are often friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand especially during times of need. Town committee is also set on improving Union Center which is great. It's come a long way. Food shops, bakeries, nail and hair salons, are also plentiful. There is a lot to explore in Union. I can't say anything bad about this town.
It has the best of country living but with less than an hour drive to New York City. It's Fantastic Four great living and still commuting to work. The biggest problem is that even on this site Union Township Hunterdon County is confused with Union Township and Union which is over by Newark. The house has shown many times and the crime is mixed into the Newark area and not west in the beautiful Hunterdon County Union Township. The mailing address is in Union Township Hunterdon County include Pittstown and Hampton. And that is where you get gorgeous houses for practically a steal.
