Tyrone Township Reviews
There is a plaza two blocks from my apartment. I live by the college campus and it is very close. The Dollar store, Sheetz, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Subway, Laundromat, and a few other stores are all strategically placed. They get a lot of business and keep up with making sure their stores have most of the college students basic needs met. There is even a bus system that takes the students to the Martin's grocery store a little further down the road.
The weather here isn't too bad, but when winter is afoot it can be annoying. Sometimes trees and power lines end up blocking the roads after major snow storms, but occasionally after severe thunderstorms too. We actually had the roads flood here very recently, but it was cleared up the next day. Last summer it got so hot that we were concerned about a possible drought.
There are bowling alleys, movie theaters, performing arts theaters, The Jaffa Shrine where the circus is held, and Delgrosso's Amusement park is nearby. All are fun things to experience, but the local festivals always have the best food, especially the Grange Fair.
