I've lived in Tyrone for over 12 years now, and it's the most peaceful town you'll ever visit! It is safe to say that not much happens, but that doesn't take away from all fun attractions you can enjoy with friends and family like the Tyrone park or visiting its neighboring city, Peachtree city. This city is truly one of its kind and is a great place to get away from the stress of a fast paced life.

Lovely small town to live in. Very family friendly! Great for families and elders. Not really a place for millenials. But still a great family town. Lots of family activities and activities/sports for younger kids.
The town itself is ok, it's close enough to Peachtree City for it to rub off. HOWEVER, the schools are FAR from being a "B" !! They might as well be in the ghetto, the staff is unprofessional and lack luster to say the least. No no no! And "night life"?? There is absolutely NOTHING TO DO IN A TOWN ASLEEP BY 9. With that being said, as an adult with a family it's a nice quiet town, as a child in that family you are doomed for boredom and a horrible education!
