Tustin is a city in Orange County in which I grew up in. Tustin was a big part of my education since I completed K-12 for the majority of those grade levels. What I would love to see in Tustin would be more parks or places family can spend their time in when needed, parks that are provided within the area are only provided by schools which makes it difficult to explore Tustin. Tustin is a very city-like feeling and I would love to be able to go out on outings!

I have lived in Tustin for more than 15 years. Tustin is a great area for families to live in. Public schools such as Thorman Elementary School, Currie Middle School, and Tustin High School have a wide variety of classes and phenomenal teachers. At Tustin High School, students have the opportunity to pick from numerous Advanced Placement and Honors courses. The Tustin Unified School District has given its schools Toshiba laptops and iPads for students to use. In addition, there are various places one can take their child to. Centennial Park, for instance, has two playgrounds and a wide field area. It is the perfect place for picnics and soccer games! Furthermore, the area is totally safe. The Tustin Police Department ensure the well-being of their residents. The TPD also has annual open houses that teach adolescents about safety. On the other hand, Tustin does not have much of a nightlife. Other than the occasional bar, there are not many nightclubs people can let loose at.
I’ve absolutely loved growing up in Tustin! There is plenty to do thanks to tons of parks, close proximity to the beach, libraries, hiking trails, and shopping centers. The public schools are great, and there are great private school options as well. It is also about 25-30 minutes away from Fullerton where there is great nightlife!
