Winters can be harsh, it's best to get used to the snow and ice, but the town is very effective on snow removal and placing salt on the road. Summers are very nice with a lot of this available to do outdoors.

During the spring there can be harsh storms, but the town does a very good job removing fallen trees and power lines.
