A small town, but a very friendly and quiet one. The people here are quite friendly. In my neighborhood, everyone I come across almost always waves at me!

Townsend Delaware is a quiet city with little to no violence. Definitely a safe place to live with your loved ones. The area is great with place with friendly neighbors!
Townsend is a little town located in New Castle County, Delaware. It has a main drag that runs through the middle of town where an elementary school, church, official buildings, and post office is located. Townsend is spread across many farms. Something I enjoy about Townsend is how quiet it is. Something I'd like to see change is for the town to be cleaned up a bit.
