The community is relatively small with the town center not being too far away from everywhere. The fairgrounds give everyone a little bit of everything now that we have a movie theatre. The shops there give basically everything we need just from Target and Hannaford. There are also a couple restaurants now, which includes a Japanese restaurant. The others are pretty good as well. There is a sports bar and a couple of casual restaurant where you can order whatever you feel like. The countryside of Topsham mainly farms but most of Maine is trees and hopefully it will stay like that for a while.

There's great little shops and restaurants but also a closeness to any necessity stores. There are more local houses and those more on farms and outskirts of town. The people are a tight knit community of niceness.
Topsham is a great area to live in. Its quiet, clean and family oriented. Town does a great job of keeping up with streets and bridges and repairing anything that needs to be done in a timely manner. The only advice I would give to the town is to better inform residents when construction is going to be done. Many times I have been stuck in my driveway or unable to reach my home because of construction.
