Tiverton is a wonderful town in many ways. I have been a resident of Tiverton all my life and can safely say "I love where I live!" This little town has played a rich part of American history and has many colonial homes and historic buildings that have been around for hundreds of years. There are scenic views of the ocean and Narragansett Bay throughout the different parts of the town, and there are myriad opportunities for hiking, biking, walking and enjoying nature. The local residents take pride in small businesses and actively support independent coffee shops, bookstores, jewelers, and more. I highly recommend that you take a stop through Tiverton on your way to Providence, Newport, and any other part of the state as it's right off of the highway!

I would like to Tiverton take the next step in their public schools, as they are suffering tremendously. I would love to see Tiverton develop a more commercialized area, with stores, or a small, pleasant, downtown.
Tiverton, Rhode Island is a quaint, small community of hard working individuals and families. It is a town with a beautiful view of the water alongside many family-friendly locations. A trip to the local seafood restaurant, then to the beach make for a relaxed, idyllic weekend.
