Frustrating. Found some good friends/family thru caring agencies/organizations. Expensive. Rich, you get what you pay for. Look down on the needy and the poor. We need a homeless shelter. We need a caring town government. It shouldn't just be ordinary people who have to pay the burden. Less prejudicial, Less Racism.
The store and local businesses are mostly corporal. There are a few mom and pop shops but they usually go out of business fast. There are at least 4 large plazas 5 minutes away from my house also a mall in walking distance. There are many options for food, clothes and gas. The town is set up where everything is easily accessible and fast to get there. There are many of the same stores in enfield though. For example, McDonald and subway. Also we have many options for food; take out, eat in, fast food, soup and salad places. For stores it's a shopaholic dream. Full of stores from crafts stores to children's clothing. We also have mini versions of stores like Christmas tree shops. Over all this town is great for businesses.
This town just had a problem with keeping businesses and basically being a bridge between mass and other parts of Connecticut.
