I love this little beautiful town along the Bayou. It also has a great university in town called Nicholls State University which I highly recommend! You won't regret living there. The people are amazing in that area.

Thibodaux is a town located in Louisiana. If you're looking for a friendly and easy around area, Thibodaux is the place to be. There are some good restaurants to eat at. Stores aren't far from living area. Everything is right at your fingertips. The only thing there isn't much of is shopping centers. I know a lot of people like to shop but Thibodaux doesn't have much of stores for that. There is also a college named Nicholls State University if anyone was interested in going to college or willing to transfer schools. It is a awesome school. People friendly as well and very helpful when it comes to education. Thibodaux isn't your average town, but it sure does have most things to offer.
My overall experience of Thibodaux, Louisiana is that it is like no other place in the world. Thibodaux is a small city 35 minutes from New Orleans. The public school system is terrible, but the hospital is absolutely worth 5 stars. The town has many sugar cane fields, and also has a mill that stinks during the fall. The cajun people have southern hospitality and rely on the oil field and the mill for jobs. Thibodaux is home to Nicholls University.
