The Village of Indian Hill is very nice, it is definitely a great place to raise your family and establish a great foundation for your children. The houses are amazing and some sit just around the corner from some of the multiple suburbs within Cincinnati, OH.
Indian hill was a safe place to live with a great police and fire department. I never once felt unsafe or in danger the whole time I lived there.
Affluent suburb within 40 minutes commute from all regional employment centers and major corporate headquarters, hospitals, and airport via easy access to Rt 50 or I71/275. Has a rural feel; lots are 1+ acre. Pricing of housing is based on high land values. Taxes are low as a % of value and income tax is low %. High level of city services and parks. Some diversity, as there is a there is a strong turnover of international families on corp job rotations. The area is nearly 100% residential, but shopping/dining is very close. Going downtown is easy by car, Uber, Lift or cab. Generally neighbors are cordial and wave; but privacy is respected. Relocated here from outside region several years ago, I see why some people never leave.
