Temple is a very fast growing town. Many businesses are found here, including numerous fast food restaurants, a mall, shopping strips, parks, and even several local grocery stores. Temple takes pride in their cultural differences, they even host fairs and events for their community! We have an EXPO center in town where we host rodeos, concerts, and other interesting events. Our town is welcoming and the citizens care for one another. I love this town!

Temple Texas is a small town between Austin and Waco off of I-35. Job opportunities are mainly labor, fast food, warehouse, grocery stores, and the like. If you are lucky you might be able to apply for an Administrative Assistant along with 300 other individuals. The price of homeownership and rentals are cheaper than in the bigger cities which helps create the number of commuters from here. Workers drive to Killeen, Waco, or the outskirts of Austin to provide for their families. Temple is a friendly town but not a party town. Local colleges are Mary-Hardin Baylor and Temple Community.
