Taylors is a town within Greenville County South Carolina. It has most of the popular shops and eateries that are in mainstream America. If you can't find what you're looking for, don't worry. Everything is within thirty minutes in any direction. My favorite thing about Taylor's is that you can have laid back country living but only minutes from city life.
One of my favorite Elementary schools in Taylors is Mountain View Elementary. Smaller school, great ratings, great teachers! Oh and the surrounding community is very supportive!

Taylors is an excellent area for education. From elementary school to high school, my schools were always highly ranked nationally.
Taylors is growing, with new restaurants and communities, however it's spread out and you can easily find yourself venturing into nearby Greer or Greenville.
If you'd like to be in the middle of two major cities in the area, this is the ideal location.
It would be best if Taylors defined itself and established a city hall and it's own identity, but considering it's been over a decade since that idea floated and failed miserably, you'll have to worry about being lumped in with a nearby city.
Taylors, South Carolina is a beautiful little town nestled between Greenville and Greer! I love the "suburb" area of Taylors and its mountain views off in the distance. I also love its easy access to downtown Greenville where you can walk their beautiful parks and enjoy the great restaurants!
