I grew up in Taylor, attended the public schools from Kindergarten through High school. While growing up we had a few incidents involving break-ins to our cars and houses, mainly from neighborhood teenagers. The crime rates have dropped drastically,as those kids are now adults and Taylor has also increased the amount of officers patrolling the town at all times. I did move out of state for four years, but I will say that I missed my small Texan town of Taylor every minute that I was gone. I came back as soon as I could and do not plan on leaving anytime soon.

Mixed feelings! But generally a super cute small town. Nice place to raise a family and great school facilities..
Great community, everybody know everybody. We look out for each other, especially on facebook if anything dangerous or needs a look out for any situations.
