It's a very small town will little in the market for entertainment. The people living here are kind and most know each other. The closest recreational activities are actually 20 or so miles east near the city of Yankton. Tabor only has an elementary school, and the middle school and high school are located in Tyndall to the west.

Small town in rural South Dakota. Not necessarily my choice for a place to live, and i might not choose to go somewhere similar. However the community itself was very nice and friendly. The whole town felt like a family.
The majority of people living in the community are older, or elderly. Those living in the community know each other well.
