I couldn't be happier with the small town feel Tabernacle provides. From small business to friendly residents it is an incredible place to live and raise a family!
I'm a new resident and out of all the other New Jersey Townships, I happen to like Tabernacle the best! Easy access to Jersey shore points and an all around nice place to live. Though, I do have a feeling it's meant for an older generation to leisurely live out their days. Not a place for new families, but that doesn't mean it's without it's charms.
Tabernacle is a true community. People rally around those in need and there are several resources that provide assistance to those that come on hard times. The schools are caring, safe and secure environments with which children can learn and feel valued.
I would only change perception, the perception young people may have of their hometown, because as youth, we don't always see how fortunate we are to be where we are and the perception others have of small town citizens. Not only do we care about each other, but we are made up of well educated, worldly, intelligent people who believe in this country and our future.
