Living in a rural area is an amazing experience. However, it has difficulties as far as dangerous roads, no public transportation, no public access to walking trails, biking trails for a healthier living style. We are a very loving community, and we help our neighbors

Sylvester, WV is a wonderful family friendly town. There are good people in this neighborhood and everyone watches out for everyone else. It's the type of town that you can leave your door open during the day. However, there are very few businesses and work is hard to find. Currently, the economy is declining in this area since the coal industry hasn't been booming like it used to. I would love for the area to switch to tourism because it has so much potential in this industry. There's a lot of history and the good people there deserve a better lifestyle.
