I love the trees and the simpleness of it. The place is very suburban with an excellent variety of schools and libraries. The place is very quaint but is strongly connected to a very different city, Toledo. Because of the relative closeness, Sylvania allows for people to travel and explore Toledo as well.

Sylvania is a relatively expensive area to live in, primarily due to higher taxes, but is generally worth the cost. The general area is very clean, safe, and there is a good amount of stores and events. For most things related to night life, the general Toledo area is much better for this. Overall Sylvania is a great place for middle class families to live.
Quiet and safe neighborhood to live in. Enough space that you are not on top of your neighbors but close enough to feel like you know them. Schools are great and police and fire both have great response time. Local businesses are very involved in the community.
